Devotion to our Legacy, a duty to authentic Artistry and a commitment to driving Innovation has made us pioneers in propelling our industry and designs forward.
The original Keeler Brass Company began as a small family foundry in 1893, eventually growing to become one of Michigan’s largest private employers. Over the years, the name “Keeler” became synonymous with high-quality production, impeccable craftsmanship, and innovative design.
Today, Keeler Brass carries this proud tradition forward as a division of the Keeler Brass Company, specializing in sophisticated, luxury brass hardware. Where each piece is meticulously designed in-house at our headquarters in Grandville, Michigan.
Keeler Brass, under the guidance of Creative Director Knikki Kennedy Grantham, is undergoing a significant transformation. “Keeler Brass, a cornerstone of Belwith Products LLC, is returning to its roots by adopting an artisanal, in-house design approach. Our primary focus is on creating hardware with a componentized construct, enabling made-to-order assembly —something we haven’t done in 40 years. This shift not only breathes new life into our brand with fresh hardware styles but also plays a role in revitalizing U.S. manufacturing jobs. At its core, this blend of tradition and innovation is driving our revival.”

The innate values of Keeler Brass are inherited from the Keeler Brass Company, and are based on our three tenets of Artistry, Innovation and Legacy, but with an understanding of current design trends and popular aesthetic themes. Every design is elevated with the Keeler touch.
Devotion to our Legacy, a duty to authentic Artistry and a commitment to driving Innovation has made us pioneers in propelling our industry and designs forward. Our house codes dictate that we maintain a consistent and recognizable design language across the KB product line. Every design is thoughtfully refined with an eye for timelessness and sophistication. We seek to emphasize the craftsmanship and premium materials used in the KB line to ensure longevity, durability and a luxury feel.
Among the first designs to be launched as part of the Keeler Brass brand rejuvenation is the Empire Series. The Empire Series captures the classic microcosm that is New York City – “The Empire City” – a community encapsulating the many characteristics, qualities and features of the masses which venture there as if it is a right passage to experience. Every style, preference and trend are in some way represented to reflect the work, play, creativity, commerce, and ingenuity that unfolds when visiting New York City, somehow embodying us all.

The Empire Series will feature ten different collections of solid brass bars and bases with hand crafted and machined features including diagonal knurling, hand-hammering and more. The collections will showcase a diversified portfolio of styles, available in seven industry standard finishes, all starting at $64.99 MSRP.
“Keeler Brass hardware indeed stands out in the market due to its focus on personalization and innovative design features,” adds Grantham Kennedy. “The ability to customize products allows consumers to tailor hardware to their specific needs, which is often not available in traditional hardware offerings.”
The Ellis and Empire Collections offer a uniquely designed foot for an extra added decorative touch. To streamline the assembly process, the Keeler Brass Design and Innovation team engineered the post and bar with a single set screw that pulls the bar into the post with ease.
Keeler Brass also designs with ergonomics in mind as the Empire Series bar to post overhang is a minimal 1” for a less intrusive design ensuring a comfortable hold, and no opportunity for catching on clothing. There are also subtle attributes added such as proper chamfers and fillets highlighting perfect details. These thoughtful nuances not only enhance functionality but also elevate the aesthetic appeal of the hardware.
In addition to the Empire Series, Keeler Brass will introduce six more collections. The Parkview and Edgewood collections feature precision-machined designs that blend diverse materials and classic Bauhaus influences, showcasing angular forms with subtle ornamentation. The Brentwood and Chatham collections are traditional design staples, each forged with elegant decorative details. Lastly, Universals include back plates designed to seamlessly interchange with 90% of the KB offerings, along with the Contours edge pulls, which feature a uniquely rounded edge with a concave finger tab for a distinctive touch.
All sixteen new designs will be available in seven standard industry finishes: Chrome, Polished Nickel, Satin Nickel, Satin Brass, Unlacquered Polished Brass, Antique Brass, and Matte Black. Each collection includes knobs in various shapes and sizes, along with cabinet pulls in six different sizes and two appliance pulls.
At the heart of Keeler Brass is a rich heritage that inspires our commitment to exceptional design and unparalleled service. From our humble beginnings to the present day, we remain dedicated to crafting exquisite hardware that enhances interior projects around the world.
