Communication is key for designer and educator
Sherrie Pantalon, CMKBD, CAPS has been designing kitchens and baths since 1977, and her work has been published both locally and nationally. She is an accomplished communicator, adept at explaining concepts and helping guide clients through the process of transforming their home. Her motto for a successful kitchen and bath design is “it must be pleasing and functional and meet the client’s investment expectations.”
The owner of Pantalon Design in San Diego, CA, Pantalon is accredited by the National Kitchen & Bath Association as a Certified Master Kitchen & Bath Designer. In addition, she is an Allied Member of the American Society of Interior Designers, a Certified Interior Designer in the State of California and a Certified Aging in Place Specialist.
She has also channeled her ability to communicate effectively into a part-time career as an Interior Design and Kitchen & Bath Design Instructor at Palomar College in San Marcos, CA and an Instructor of Kitchen & Bath Design at the Design Institute in San Diego, CA. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from San Jose State University and has received further education in Business Computing Applications, Management and Supervision and Project Management.
