Company founder mentors and gives back to community
Born and raised in Montgomery County, MD, Daniel Carrero founded House to Home Solutions in 2005 – not simply to design and complete luxury home renovations, but to create spaces that inspire through a collaborative, stress-free partnership with homeowners.
Carrero, CEO of the Rockville, MD-based company, leads with integrity, and takes pride in the company’s streamlined processes, quality products, customer experience and award-winning team. Involved in every project, he loves transforming client spaces and is a walking encyclopedia of product and construction knowledge. Among other awards for service and design, the company has earned the GuildQuality GuildMaster Award for Service Excellence three times. In 2024, it rated a 4.9 out of 5.0 based exclusively on more than 150 homeowner surveys.
Active in professional remodeling organizations, he has presented at national conferences, chaired committees and mentored numerous small business owners. His key piece of advice is, “treat everyone as a partner, whether a client or a vendor or subcontractor, and you will build relationships for life.”
Carrero also recognizes the importance of giving back to the next generation. He is a retired soccer team manager, and he and his team have hosted high school student interns for hands-on learning experiences, supported youth sports programs and served as judges for high school career and technical education programs.
