Industry icon Sarah Reep, CMKBD, continues to evolve in her service to the design industry, and now serves as the founder and principal consultant of Sarah Reep & Associates in Milan, MI, a design and education consultancy that delivers tailored solutions for kitchen and bath industry clients. Reep has over 30 years of experience in the industry and has made many positive changes through her work with manufacturers, dealer showrooms, retailers and product designs.
Reep is gifted at examining market trends and creating new tools, processes and programs that help members of the kitchen and bath industry. She has introduced new ideas and led successful projects in many companies, and has been tremendously successful as a mentor and educator, helping individuals and teams connect to better meet their goals. Her thoughtful planning has improved supply chains and customer experiences, and created new selling tools. She has also built strong relationships with clients, which supports business growth.
Reep’s work and expert opinion have been published in many trade and consumer publications, including Better Homes & Gardens, Woman’s Day, This Old House and Renovation Style. She was a key columnist for Kitchen & Bath Design News for many years, authoring the “Inside Today’s Showroom” column which focused on the current happenings in industry showrooms. She has also played a vital role in influencing consumers purchasing kitchen and bath projects through television media, including HGTV, and consulted on ABC television’s “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition.”
