The homeowners, a retired couple, were ready to build a forever home that would be “them” down to the tiniest detail, so they involved Rachel Nelson and the Concetti team from the earliest stages of the new build so they could collaborate with the architects of Knauss Associates LLC and builders Vistal Homes.

A wide-ranging palette of natural neutrals was selected to match the homeowners’ tastes, including walnut, warm whites and black marble. The clients were highly selective and had a very clear vision of the vibe they wanted, and this is reflected in this powder room’s selections. A rich walnut vanity by Emery Design | Build combined with sleek black CIOT wall tile and Thibaut wallpaper creates a natural yet bold feel, accented with warm metals. Thoughtful vanity storage and shelving ensure that the space is as functional as it is beautiful.
