Spa Inspiration

This spa bathroom was designed for a real estate investment group focused on renovating and selling a newly constructed home at a premium price. The design had to appeal to a broad audience while integrating high-end products to lend a touch of sophistication to the bathroom. Use of earthy color palettes, clean lines and pronounced textures fostered a feeling of relaxation and well-being.
The design included two Robern Islamorada 48″ vanities in Nori green with Brizo Allaria faucets and two Kohler Caxton undermount sinks. The countertop is Zeus Extreme White Quartz. Enso 24″x48″ ribbed matte porcelain wood-look tile adorns the backsplash wall, which also includes a decorative mirror above each vanity. Fluted sconces are connected to an automated system to control the homeowners’ experience at the mirrors. The sconces offer the flexibility to adjust the color temperature and brightness to personal preferences and to suit different activities in the morning or night.
In the bathing area, the Wyndham Brooklyn 60″ freestanding acrylic tub features a Delta Faucet Tetra floor mount tub filler and sits beneath two windows. The shower, which is large enough for two people, has two Delta Faucet Ceiling rainshowers and a repeat of the Enso 24″x48″ ribbed matte porcelain tile. The flooring is Instinct Light gray 32″x32″ concrete-look matte from TileBar.
