The objective for this space, which was part of a new build from Nosan Signature Homes, was to create a sophisticated and open dressing area that leads into a primary bathroom. The clients needed their own spaces in which to get ready and they requested that the space provide privacy while at the same time maximize the use of natural light. 

In the bathroom, his and her vanities by Perspectives Cabinetry with Quadrato hardware in Gun Metal from Schaub & Co. are placed toward the center of the room. The two Toto sinks, paired with Hansgrohe Axor Citterio E Widespread Faucets, are separated with a custom, ceiling mounted floating mirror anchored to the Envi Quartz Paradise countertops. Towel bars are placed beyond on the far side of the large central vanity to maintain a clean visual appeal and remain nearby. Each side contains its own trash pull out as well as ample storage for personal items.

Interno porcelain 24″x48″ Calacatta San Bibila tile is featured on the floor and throughout the shower space, which also includes shower fittings from Hansgrohe Axor and Grohe, as well as a steam shower from ThermaSol. A Toto Nexus with Washslet toilet, heated floors and towel warmers complete the design.
