Kosher Kitchen

For this Orthodox Jewish family, creating a truly functional kosher kitchen required a significant remodel. The existing kitchen fell short in several areas: it lacked adequate separation for dairy and meat, and its dark, inefficient layout was unsuitable for a family of eight. To address these issues, the new design incorporates two 30″ Bosch ovens, multiple workspaces, two sinks with Kohler faucets and essential features for maintaining kosher requirements.
The gas range, hood, dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer are also from Bosch. Mouser Cabinetry supplied the cabinets throughout, which includes upper and tall cabinets in Ice, and island and base cabinets in Titanium. Aurora white countertops from Vadara are paired with undulating tiles from Porcelanosa. Hardware from Top Knobs and two over-island pendants from Bronzeville in brushed nickel finish the space.
